I like to blend swedish and deep tissue techniques, customizing sessions specifically to your needs. I enjoy adding hot stones, topicals, and aromatherapy to enhance the massage experience. Outside of work,I am a mom to 3 awesome kids. I spend my free time hiking, going on road trips, and crocheting. I would be happy to help you reach your health and wellnessgoals!

Tristan Soderberg
I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Lane Community College in Eugene and became licensed in 2016. I worked four years at Massage Envy in Eugene, and in early 2020 I began work as one of three LMT's at New Leaf Hyperbarics and Massage. The combination of Massage and Hyperbarics compliments each other and is unique in Eugene.
Practice Philosophy and Techniques
I've found in massage that I can effectively help people and I enjoy seeing change happen in posture, relaxation and well-being after a session. My goal is always for my clients to be refreshed and relaxed. Beyond relaxation, knots and tightness might show up so I use the techniques of Swedish, Trigger Points and Myofascial Release. I use light to deep pressure as needed and Targeted Stretching to help maintain the release that's happening during the session. Along with nutrition, exercise, and a positive outlook, massage helps make a healthy lifestyle. Keeping the body limber by reducing tension and stress in the muscles encourages relaxation and mental and emotional wellness.
About Me
I'm a friendly and outgoing Oregonian! I like to have fun with friends, play golf, travel, and video games.

Tracy Breeden
I have been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001. I became a Nationally Licensed Medical Office Assistant in 2006. And have been a CNA as well as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA).
My specialties include:
• Working with clients in chronic pain, as well as post-surgery/injury recovery.
• I have worked with Cancer patients both during and after chemo/radiation treatments and have worked with their families as they dealt with the stress of cancer.
• I have similarly worked to bring comfort and ease to hospice patients.
My life’s journey has equipped me with a deep understanding and empathy, enabling me to provide attentive and effective massage. I bring an intuitive, creative, compassionate yet meticulous approach to every massage. Combined with an accumulated wealth of information and the ability to take seemingly unrelated tidbits of information, to create an informed insightful treatment plan.
Massage can't cure all ailments, but it can significantly enhance well-being. It helps you manage stress, supports athletic performance, alleviates pain, and brings ease to those dealing with chronic diseases. I firmly believe massage empowers you along your path, integrating your mind and body, and fostering a sense of presence in your life. I personally think it ought to be a part of every person's self-care regimen. I invite you to experience the benefits of massage and healthy touch. Whether you are in pain, on a healing journey, or simply seeking more ease in your body, I am here to help. Tracy Breeden LMT (Lic# 7890)
